SolarSure Costs
For a very low monthly fee SolarSure our entry level product offers clients ongoing technical support and covers any costs associated with the replacement or repair of faulty hardware still under manufacturer’s warranty. This includes all major components below the roof, such as:
- Inverters, batteries, cabling, switchgear and all associated AC/DC connections.
- Full IT and monitoring platform & tech support – Remote diagnosis of system alerts or faults.
- Notification by our online tech team of actions required or scheduling engineers site visit.
- Assistance and advice restoring access due to Wi-Fi issues/router changes, network issues etc .
SolarSure+ includes all the benefits of SolarSure, but with additional coverage for components and hardware installed above the roof including associated *scaffolding costs* and full access to our out-of-hours emergency support team.
SolarSure Elite is our exclusive industry leading premier package offering a lifetime guarantee of 15 years on all inverters in addition to all the benefits of SolarSure+
Nearly all inverter manufacturers offer only 5 years warranty on their products, SolarSure Elite offers clients complete peace of mind, and ensures the operation of your system will continue without the need of any future expensive inverter replacements.
If your inverter breaks down outside of its manufacturers warranty?

3-Yearly System Health Check
Includes a comprehensive system health check every 3 years for the electrical elements of the installation, ensuring everything is functioning correctly. This service, normally valued at £225 + VAT, and is included free of charge.
Active System Monitoring
Our team monitor your system remotely once a week and undertake in depth system performance checks for any alerts, errors or faults. We typically identify issues before you notice them and will contact you to advise of any necessary upgrades, adjustments or repairs required.
Office Hours Phone & Email Support
Available from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We are on call for any assistance you might need, such as general system queries, app downloads on new devices, Wi-Fi reconfiguration, or advice on supplier tariffs.
